We met John at the Phoenix Home show in early 2017. We went to the show in order to see a number of backyard makeover ideas and speak with vendors about new products and see their products. We spoke to a number of patio & deck companies that were willing to provide their brochure, try to set up a quote and move on. John from Arrowhead was different. He asked a number of questions about what we currently had, what we were looking for, and provided design ideas. We set up appointments with a few vendors and John again spent the most time at the house, looked at the areas and we discussed a number of options. When we received the quotes, Arrowhead was competitive, but not the cheapest. Reading on-line reviews of other contractors, along with my gut feel, we chose Arrowhead…We were not disappointed. Arrowhead worked with us on the schedule, the payment structure, and communicated all throughout the process leading up to the work. Talk about under promise and over deliver!! The schedule was supposed to be a full week but the Arrowhead crew was efficient and finished in three and a half days. The Crew Lead was sure to get approval of the work at each step. After the work was done we had some minor issues with clean-up and John came out himself and assured me his crew would return to take care of it…which they did. Finally, because we were doing a complete backyard makeover, another contractor damaged a small area of the new coating, and Arrowhead was there to do the repairs. I highly recommend Arrowhead if you are looking for great design ideas, quality work, and an honest contractor.
