We removed the old pool decking and resurfaced the deck, the patio and the walkway around the house. We decided to go with the flagstone look. We are very happy with the results and overall look. John is very personable and conscientious. The work started on time and was carried out in a very professional manner. Each day, the crew cleaned up the yard, and were back early the next day to continue. This job took 6 days to complete. Everything went great until one little glitch in the final step when the sand is applied and then the deck is sealed. We ended up with some excess sand in spots which looked like white salt deposits. I called John about it, and he came right out and came up with a plan to correct it. The spots needed to be sanded a little, restained and then the whole thing was given another coat of sealer. The issue was corrected to our satisfaction. The flagstone option was the most expensive way to go, but we love the look! We picked 3 colors and the grout color. It’s an amazing process and it takes some creative skill. John and his men did a great job overall and we highly recommend his company.
