The 12 year old lace pool deck needed to be replaced and we also decided to include our patio which was concrete. John was great to work with. He provided us with two options and pricing – the original lace decking or a color sealed flagstone look. We chose the flagstone look. The whole project took 3 days, the team arrived every day on time and left the area cleaned each night. John provided updates at the end of the day to let us know what was completed and what the next steps would be. John worked with us to chose the colors that would best work together. He listened to what we were looking for in looks and his suggestions for coordinating colors were right on. He even offered to do a sample block so we would have a better idea of what the colors would look like. When it was time to start the coloring, knowing we had to go to work, he arrived early to clean a section of the deck and colored the area with me there. We were able to discuss what needed to be darker or lighter and he waited till I was satisfied with the color of the area. What a great work ethic! We had no surprises and he had no rework because we worked together to have it done right the first time. Once the final clear coating was added, the look was amazing! John has great customer service – his goal is to make you happy with the experience and the look of the finished product. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.
